I know through my own experience that improving your fitness can change your life and make you feel good everyday.
After many years of practicing different sports throughout my childhood my fitness level deteriorated when I started working in a office job. I became overweight quickly and was unhappy with myself and what I saw in the mirror.
Even though my passion for fitness never left me I was making excuses to avoid the hard work that was waiting for me.
A Personal Trainer friend helped me get in shape again and I lost 2 stones in less than 6 months. That made me realise I was very well placed to train to help people and this fired my enthusiasm to become a Personal Trainer.
